Firefighters ride for 9 - 11

Since my back acted up a month or so ago  I've logged maybe 50 kms in the last two weeks, ( kinda sucks with this real nice weather) but this Saturday Sept 11 I am hoping to do a ride from Exhibition Park to Bedford. The Red Knights are doing a ride to honour 9-11 , It starts at 2. They are accepting donations all are welcome.

now that I added the actual topic back (once again sorry nh, I was trying to remove the one in the other section and got them confused :| ) anywho, I will be in fire school this weekend, wish I could make it up, I havn't got on any real group rides this year!

Well I never made it to the ride. The numbness in my hands was just not going away today( from the pinched nerves in my back). and the bike just increases that and the pain so I had to pass.  >:(
