Hey thanks!  This will be the first summer I've had a big for long rides so any input is welcome!  I've got a list of to do's
-cabot trail
-gaspe peninsula
-Cape chignecto

it's just the beginning!

Yeah, the weather...  lol.. that's a hard one

Do the Cabot trail in the fall, wait for the leaves to start changing. But take warm riding gear. The highlands get chilly.

Long rides and trips in fall are always great in N.S. Warm days, cool nights, fewer bugs and more predictable weather patterns. PEI has some nice riding as well and it's not far away with the fixed link.
